  S.U.C.K'S period, was a good costumer there until they started getting orders wrongs and burning food. To top it off they get nasty and disrespectful when you express your concerns type of place that might spit in your food because their attitudes and lack of professionalism is just out there.

  Not much for leaving reviews on places but felt like I had to do this one. Ordered from here earlier on their online website. Ordered two grinders and in the menu under pictures of the grinders it says "includes lettuces, tomatoes, onions and salt", when I clicked on the pictures the only thing it further said was an option to add extra cheese, Black olives, onions or peppers. I saw no where to edit ingredients. I was fine with the toppings that it said was included and when I ordered it and got to the last page and I saw there was a place to add a comment, I typed that I'd like the grinders to be hot and hot sauce and mayo added. When I got my order, it was two cold grinders that only had meat and cheese on it. When I called I was told they don't see any toppings requested on my order and that there must be something wrong with the website. They also said they don't see the comment I made, which is funny because I received the confirmation email, which had my comment right at the bottom. How did I receive it and they couldn't see it? Anyway the person then said she doesn't know what she could do. Maybe send me what I actually paid for? Won't be ordering again from them.

  Adrianna's used to be something to brag about, I use to order from them for years, but now it's just a piece of shit excuse of a pizzeria. There is an endless laundry list of what needs improvement in that place starting from the food down to the moody delivery guy.

  Staff messed up the order. Called them NOT to complain but simply to make them aware of the mistake and even though I was polite I was treated rudely by staff. Why bother with this place when there are tons of better pizza/grinders/take-out spots in Waterbury? Never again.
